Rumble Tumble Tummy Time
An in-person workshop series to help parents learn about tummy time and help make it fun. Each class includes:
- fun activities and songs to do with your baby
- helpful tips to make tummy time easier
- suggested toys to help support tummy time
- tips about how to support your baby's development
- time to connect with other parents
Age: 0-6 months

An in-person workshop series to learn baby signs to support your babies communication. Topics include mealtime, bedtime, bathtime, getting dressed, pets, and going to the park. Each class includes:
- fun activities, play, books, and songs to have fun and build strong bonds
- opportunities to meet other parents and build connections
- learning why signing is important, the research behind baby signs, and ways parents can easily incorporate signing into daily life
- easy ways to learn and practice signs (6-7 signs PER class)
- fun activities that support baby's sensory-motor, cognitive, language/literacy or social/emotional development

An attachment-focused parenting program to help you connect with your child, provide tools for challenging moments, and help your child aged 0-3 flourish.
Over nine weeks, we will discuss: the basics of attachment, feeding with love and respect, responding with sensitivity, providing nurturing touch, ensuring safe sleep, providing consistent and loving care, practicing positive discipline, striving for balance in your personal and family life, as well as nurturing children in a compassionate world.

The first three years are the most critical time in a childā€™s development and a strong parent-child attachment during this time is crucial for healthy development. Making Connections is a program for parents/caregivers with infants from birth to 3-year-olds. Developed using psychological science, this program promotes secure attachment and brain development, giving you the tools to support emotional growth and healthy parent-child relationships.

How to Stop Yelling at Your Kids
A workshop to help parents to decrease their stress and reactivity leading to less yelling at their kids. Topics covered include:
- 5 easy steps to train our brain to be less reactive
- how to decrease reactivity overall and in the moment
- how to set limits without punishment
- how to respond when your children misbehave
- how to de-escalate the situation when your child is upset
Practicing Positive Discipline
An online parenting workshop for parents of ages 1-4 years to help you learn how to practice positive discipline including:
- why tantrums happen
- what positive discipline is
- the benefits of using positive discipline
- how both our child's and our nervous system's impact behaviours
- how to mitigate tantrums and decrease their frequency
- how to set boundaries while still remaining connected
- how to implement positive discipline strategies
